What specific tools or methods do you use within the PL Team to boost productivity and impact?

In the Private Label Team, I monitor dashboards to track supplier performance, capacity, and shipment targets. By using a grading system and continuous data analysis, I prioritize key styles in orders to avoid stockouts and take immediate action when needed. Strong communication supports efficiency and impact across the workflow.

Can you share a memorable moment that made you feel truly proud to be part of the PL team?

It makes me very happy to see the products we produce on people and to feel that they are satisfied with the product.
