How We Hire
Application
So, you have seen an open position that fits your resume and your career goals? Go ahead and apply via LinkedIn, Lever or the Trendyol career website.
Codility Test *
Once you have submitted your application, expect to take a codility test depending on the requirements of the position.
Phone Interview
Next, you will receive a call from the HR owner of the position to go over the requirements and expectations.
1st Interview
The fourth step will take place as an online meeting where HR and the hiring manager will make an introduction to the Trendyol culture and deep dive into the position details and requirements.
Case Interview
The journey will continue with a case interview where your analytical skills and business mindset will be evaluated through a case study.
Language Test *
In the next stage, you will receive a language proficiency test.
Final Interview
At this point, you will meet head of the division.
Offer
Congratulations, you have made it! HR will share your employment conditions such as wage, additional benefits and working model.
