What’s the most unexpected benefit of being in a dynamic, innovative team?

We leverage state-of-the-art automation and robotics technologies, brought to Turkiye by Trendyol, to exceed the expectations of millions of customers. To ensure seamless integration in dynamic conditions, we adopt a data-driven, optimized approach. Designing operations with cutting-edge technology creates the most positive impact on our country. Can you share a memorable moment that made you feel truly proud to be part of the Operations team?

After the Maraş earthquake, we coordinated aid logistics under extremely challenging conditions. Seeing our team coordinating with speed, empathy, and expertise to deliver real impact—and later training the Ministry on emergency logistics—made me feel deeply proud to be a part of Operations Team.

One of my proudest achievements was optimizing shipment planning to maximize vehicle load. We created a performance-based system to track hundreds of suppliers, reducing empty space and improving accuracy. Seeing it become a standard practice in Operations has been truly rewarding.
